keeping the theme

when you love your design

Lots of couples love their theme so much they use it all the way from their Save the Date to their Thank You Cards.

So yes absolutely you can, your designs are saved on file and can be modified to suit each stage of the wedding journey.

It's a great way to set the feel of your big day however we can make them so they don't give everything away, some things are best left as a surprise!

how do we go about ordering

how to order bespoke designs

Once you've decided which invite style is for you and your budget we can make a start on the design which is included in the cost*

You will need to send me the info to go on along with your preferences of colours, animals, tractors etc plus any photo's you have of anything that would need to be drawn. Samples will be sent as photo's and you will be able to make changes as we go along

*Large or complicated hand drawn designs may incur extra cost which will be discussed prior to starting.

WHEN DO WE NEED TO BOOK IN

TIMELINES & TURNAROUND TIMES

This can be dependent on my current workload, time of year, type of invite etc. along with how it's getting to you, collection or post. Some simple request can be two weeks.

Usually Save the Dates can go out between 12 & 8 months before the wedding and invites 6 to 4 months before, depending on oversea's guests.

Seating plans are dependent on your RSVP's being returned so usually 4 to 8 weeks before the wedding. I like to leave these as close to the wedding as possible, especially printed boards as guest lists can change regularly up to a few weeks before. Order of Service booklets are dependent on when you've met with your Vicar and are usually around 8 weeks before, the covers can be done sooner.
